In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, Sporties Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed incorrectly. Sporties Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your order has been cancelled, we will notify you by phone or e-mail within 24 business hours. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sporties Online shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a product offered by Sporties Online is not as described your sole remedy is to return it to Sporties Online for a refund.
4. Shipping and Handling Charges
Please refer to the "shipping charges" link during the checkout process for shipping and handling charges. Please note that these products are available for shipment in the UK and Europe only.
5. Payment Terms
Sporties Online accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, as the payment options for your purchase. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped.
6. Promotions
All promotions are subject to availability and inventory. Sporties Online reserves the right to change, alter or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
7. Product Substitutions
Sporties Online reserves the right to substitute comparable products of equal or greater value to your original order for out of stock items. In the event we do not have sufficient inventory to ship your order, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. At that time we will provide you with the opportunity to accept the comparable product or cancel the order. Product packaging displayed on the website may not match the product packaging that is shipped to you.
8. Web/Phone Orders
Online and phone orders of in-stock products received by 4:00 P.M., Monday – Friday will ship within 24 business hours of receipt. Orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Upon receipt of your order you will receive an order acknowledgement via e-mail. Order acknowledgement provides:

10. Deliveries
While Sporties Online will endeavour to meet quoted delivery times, any period for delivery is estimated and is not a contractual commitment and Sporties Online shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of the delay. While it is unfortunate, post does from time to time go astray; in the unlikely event of this happening we will contact the Royal Mail in the first instance. If post is deemed lost we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs once the Royal Mail has confirmed the item is untraceable, Please be aware this can take a short while.
11. Returns
Returns of products are subject to Sporties Online current return policies.

Return Policy
At Sporties Online, we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
Please return the product at your expense in an undamaged condition in the original box with all materials and package inserts. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return together with abrief explanation as to why the product is being returned.
